This page explains what JS Flooring Services Orlando, LLC does with the information people give us when they ask for a flooring quote. It is written plainly because it describes a small installation company, not a data business.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form on this site, we receive the name, phone number, property address, approximate square footage, current floor type, subfloor type, occupancy and any notes you choose to add. If you call us instead, we write down roughly the same details on a job sheet.
Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp — for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
Why we collect it
To measure your floor, prepare a written estimate, schedule the crew and the material delivery, and follow up about the job. The square footage and subfloor answers are what let us decide whether the slab likely needs grinding and self-leveling before we ever drive out.
Who sees it
The owner and the estimator. Job details are shared with the install crew assigned to your address, and with our flooring distributor only to the extent needed to order material for your job. We do not sell, rent or trade contact information, and we do not pass it to lead-generation networks.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not turn into jobs are kept for 12 months, in case you come back to us. Completed job records — scope, invoice, warranty details — are kept for seven years, which is what our accountant and Florida record-keeping practice require.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your quote request at any time by emailing quotes@omijaleto.shop or calling (407) 555-0148, and we will remove it from the file, except for records tied to a completed job that we are required to retain. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Quote submissions are delivered to a company mailbox with two-factor authentication enabled. Paper job sheets stay at the shop at 1117 Arrowsmith Ave.
Children
This site is intended for property owners and tenants arranging flooring work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be noted on the home page.
